Please contact us as soon as possible if raising a product complaint and certainly within 28 days of making your purchase. 

If you change your mind about your purchase, please post back to us within 28 days, keeping a proof of purchase for your security. Include a copy of your order and mark the items you are returning and note a reason for the return.  We will refund within 10 days of the parcel arriving back in our warehouse.
