Your delivery cost will be calculated in your basket and based on your delivery postcode.

Our full product range is available for shipment to the whole of the UK. You can choose from an economy or an Express courier.  All of our delivery services are tracked.  We recommend choosing a fast courier delivery if you have an urgent deadline – DPD is our top notch guaranteed overnight service.

When delivering to UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland all services can take up to 2-3 days, due to longer handling times to your region.

Your parcel will normally arrive Monday to Friday on all services – these are ‘working days’ when calculating delivery estimates.  There are no order despatches or deliveries on UK bank holidays or weekends.

Prices

All product prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate.  Prices are valid for the duration of the time that they are displayed on the webshop and promotional discounts may be limited to stock availability on an item. Any discount codes are valid for a fixed period of time which is stated at the point that they are issued. If a discounted item is returned for a refund, it will be processed at the original price charged on the customer’s invoice at the time of purchase.

Secure checkout allows you to pay securely using any credit or debit card or you can choose Paypal if you hold a Paypal account.

Returns

Please get in touch by email should you need to exchange or return your goods for any reason.  We will reply within 24 hours with help (or same day if it is Monday to Friday).  If your order has arrived with a defect or damaged, please attach a photograph if possible for faster assistance.  Please email support@urnsandmemories.co.uk
